Individuals
We will work together to navigate the changes you are seeking in a caring and secure environment where you have a safe space to explore strong emotions.
We will identify how to find more peaceful ways of being with yourself and in relationship, and reframe life experiences. Through a person-centred approach and providing a base of safety, we explore ways to feel more in control of your life and emotions for a more balanced way of being in your world. Our work will support you in navigating life's challenges, such as issues at work, family upheaval, aging, retirement, grief and loss.

Relationships
Whether you are new to a relationship or have been in a long- term relationship, you may be aware of patterns that drain rather than enrich. Together we explore what Sue Johnston calls the dance of a relationship and find better ways to connect safely and securely.

Families and Parenting Support
Family life is complicated and busy. Parenting is hard work and counselling can be a place to feel validated and explore your family dynamics. I can also provide support in navigating your child’s life in the school system and help you identify strategies to support them in challenging moments.
